Tonya Melton

Tonya Melton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce engagement and career development. Currently serving as the Director of CareerCompass at NADAP since 2017, Melton has built a robust career in consulting and coaching, focusing on implementing innovative methodologies such as Motivational Interviewing to support and re-engage staff facing various challenges.
