Mariusz Bastek's work experience begins in 2000 at CETCO as a Logistics Specialist. Mariusz then joins Kuehne + Nagel in 2005 and holds various roles such as Projects Coordinator, Warehouse and Distribution Manager, and Site Manager Wrocław. In 2011, they become a Branch Manager at Nagel-Group before moving to DIRKS CONSUMER LOGISTICS LIMITED in 2013 as a Managing Director. Bastek then joins Amazon in 2014 as an Operations Manager at Outbound. Throughout their time at Amazon, they hold multiple roles including Operations Manager at MOD, Operations Manager Print on Demand, and Operations Manager Outbound. Finally, in 2021, they become the Head of Logistics Operations CEE at Nagel-Group.
Mariusz Bastek pursued their education by enrolling in the Warsaw University of Technology Business School from 2021 to 2022. Mariusz completed a postgraduate program called "Studia podyplomowe" in the field of "Akademia Psychologii Przywództwa." Prior to this, from 1992 to 1997, they attended the Nicolas Copernicus University of Torun. There, they obtained a master's degree known as "magister" in Economics Study.
