Rodolfo Barboza

Rodolfo Barboza has over two decades of experience in retail operations and management. Currently serving as the Diretor do Canal Varejo at Nagem since December 2016, Rodolfo oversees strategic management across 102 operations involving brands like Nagem, Samsung, Motorola, and Lenovo, leading a team of over 1,300 personnel. Previous roles include significant positions at Ricardo Eletro, where Rodolfo enhanced regional operations across multiple states and managed teams consisting of hundreds of collaborators. At Pontofrio, Rodolfo demonstrated leadership in various capacities, from store management to national supervision of product lines. Rodolfo’s early career included key roles in purchasing and unit management at Pontofrio and Importadora Toptron. Rodolfo holds an MBA in Gestão de Empresas from Universidade Gama Filho and a degree in Direito from UNAMA.
