Julie Bauch is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with over twenty-three years of experience, currently serving as Managing Director of Property Management at NAI Legacy since June 2020. Julie has a strong background in property management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 520,000 square feet of office, warehouse, and retail properties, including notable projects such as The Interchange Office Campus and The Shops at West End. Prior to their role at NAI Legacy, Julie held the position of Associate Director at CBRE, managing a team responsible for over 12.5 million square feet of space, and served as Vice President of Retail at Griffin Companies, where Julie successfully launched and expanded the retail division. Julie holds a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas.
