David Henley is a seasoned software quality engineer with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Software Quality Engineer III at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since May 2015, David has previously held the position of QA Analyst at VML, where responsibilities included planning and testing web-based marketing campaigns. Earlier in the career at Sprint, David progressed from Test Engineer, analyzing and testing software programs across various platforms, to Software Engineer II, focusing on coding and debugging messaging processes. David holds an A.A. in Computer Science from State Fair Community College and a degree from the University of Central Missouri.
