Evan Kuhlmann

Evan Kuhlmann is a Web Communications Manager at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), a position held since November 2007, where responsibilities include leading a web team and managing the development and operational aspects of multiple public-facing websites, as well as migrating legacy static sites to Drupal using an Agile Scrumban methodology.
