Umesh Kumar Agarwal is a highly experienced professional in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Naini Papers since September 2018, overseeing technical operations. Previously, Umesh held various significant roles such as Assistant Vice President (Operations) at West Coast Paper Mills Ltd, General Manager (Works) at Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd, and President at Shree Shyam Pulp & Board Mills Ltd. Umesh’s extensive background includes leadership positions focused on production, operations, and technical management in multiple organizations, along with expertise in modern paper manufacturing technologies. Umesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Pulp and Paper and a University Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology from the Institute of Paper Technology, University of Roorkee, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Physics, and Math from Meerut University.
