Elnaz Rasti is a seasoned Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer at NAK, with a focus on Nokia BSS and Huawei LTE, contributing to various projects since August 2016. Elnaz has extensive experience in integrating Nokia 2G, 3G, and 4G sites, implementing related changes such as rehoming and load balancing. Prior to NAK, Elnaz worked at Huawei Technologies from April 2013 to August 2016 in roles including Performance Engineer and Core Engineer within the NOC. Elnaz's career began as an IT Engineer at Shohadayey Karegar- Adl afarinan mandegar- Gerdoo from May 2009 to April 2013. Elnaz holds a Master’s Degree in Secure Communication Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering, both from Islamic Azad University.
