Anton Grim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean methodologies and seed analysis. Currently serving as a Lean Master Black Belt and Lean Coach at Naktuinbouw since February 2009, Anton has excelled in Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects and the Process Model Canvas. Previous roles include DUS Vegetable Crops Officer, Plant Variety Protection Officer, and Manager of Seed Analysis at Naktuinbouw. Additionally, Anton has contributed to the International Seed Testing Association as a member of the Flower Seeds Committee and has a rich background in plant breeding from earlier positions at Florist De Kwakel BV and Agro Plant B.V. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and specialized training through various international agricultural organizations.

Stichting Nederlandse Algemene Kwaliteitsdienst Tuinbouw (Netherlands Inspection Service for Horticulture) is better known as Naktuinbouw. Naktuinbouw promotes and monitors the quality of produce, processes and chains in horticulture. The main focus is on propagating material, of national and international origin. Naktuinbouw is a self governing body (ZBO) regulated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation (EA&I).
