Frizka Ayuningtyas is a competent Clinical Laboratory Operations Admin currently employed at Nalagenetics since February 2023, where responsibilities include receiving samples and performing visual quality checks, as well as ensuring the accuracy of trial-related forms. An early career as an internship student at Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional involved work in a laboratory setting. Frizka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, completed in 2018, and possesses further training from Rakamin Academy in 2022.

Nalagenetics was built with the passion to give access to personalized prescription to as many people as possible. Two of the co-founders have seen and felt firsthand the betrayal of drugs that were supposed to cure their family members, but instead caused them permanent side effects. It was then that they realized, without understanding how to best use them, innovations in pharma and biotech, meant little to the people who need it most.
