Richard Arscott

Richard Arscott has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Richard is currently the US Lead at Revolt since September 2020. Before that, they co-founded Names & Faces in 2017 and served as a Non-Executive Director. At Names & Faces, they focused on building relationships in the workplace and driving commercial success. Prior to that, Richard spent five years as Managing Director at AMV BBDO, the UK's largest advertising agency. During their tenure, they prioritized people and creativity, resulting in consistent commercial growth and recognition as a top workplace. Richard also held roles as Head of Account Management and Board Account Director at AMV BBDO. Earlier in their career, Richard worked at Fallon London as an Account Director and at BMP DDB as an Account Manager.

Richard Arscott attended Durham University from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Politics and History. Subsequently, from 1997 to 1998, they enrolled at the University of Oxford, obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate of Education with a specialization in History.
