Prior to that, Danielle served as HR Systems Lead - Projects and Development at Loughborough University between January 2012 and January 2020, focusing on project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives. Danielle began the career as a Project Intern in Human Resources and has also worked in various administrative roles. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Loughborough University.
