Saarty Mikka

Saarty Mikka, Pr.Eng. holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in the same field from Stellenbosch University. Presently serving as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer at NamPower since July 2018, Saarty has held several assistant engineering roles focused on telecommunications, control systems, protection, testing, and automation. Additionally, Saarty is the Vice Secretary General of the Namibia Society of Engineers and a Board Member at the Silicon Institute of Technology. With experience as a Real Estate Agent at Dream Realtors Namibia and as Chief Executive Officer at Windhoek Interior Designs, Saarty has also completed a Master's degree in Smart Grid Technology and participated in various student leadership roles during academic tenure. Currently pursuing an MBA in Management Strategy at the University of Namibia, Saarty remains committed to professional development and community engagement.
