Nando
Gintare Grybauskaite Kaminskiene, PhD, is an accomplished professional in research and development, currently serving as a Research and Development Project Manager at Nando since May 2023 and a City Council Member for Kauno rajono savivaldybė. Gintare has extensive experience as an Innovation Expert at the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA) since February 2021, and previously held multiple project management positions, including R&I Project Manager at the Workshop of Photonics and Project Manager roles at Eurointegracijos projektai and EU Grant Raising. A graduate of Kaunas University of Technology with a Doctorate in Materials Engineering, Gintare has authored at least five published scientific articles and possesses a strong background in collaborating with research institutions, project management, business intelligence, and R&D activities.
