Roxann has over 18 years of experience in all facets of HR including benefits administration, employee relations, multi-state knowledge, union environments, multiple HRIS’, and recruiting/retention.

As a native Houstonian, Roxann worked at the historical Maxwell Coffee House and most recently coming from Ellington Field. She worked in various industries such as Oil and Gas, Logistics, Manufacturing and most recently Aerospace.
