Vladimir Sayevich is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the field of semiconductor and quantum dot (QD) research. Currently a Scientist at Nanosys since October 2021, Vladimir previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where key contributions included synthesizing inorganic semiconductors and high-performance thin-film transistors, as well as leading a large-scale laboratory research project. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellow role at Technische Universität Dresden, where innovative surface functionalization techniques for QDs were developed, alongside a comprehensive background in mentoring and project management. Vladimir holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden, complemented by Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry from Belarusian State University. Additional visiting scientist positions across various prestigious institutions further showcase expertise in advanced materials and device fabrication.
