Nanosys
Xudong Wang is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the synthesis and application of semiconductor nanocrystals, primarily within advanced display technologies at Nanosys. Wang's research includes the development of green emitting quantum dots that enhance blue light absorption, resulting in an invention disclosure. Prior roles include a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Washington, focusing on biotemplated assemblies of nanoparticles and photonic interactions, as well as a graduate assistant at the University of Connecticut, where studies involved the optical properties and environmental impact of semiconductor nanocrystals. Wang's educational background includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, an MS in Polymer Science, and a BS in Chemistry, all from Jilin University.
