A seasoned customer service professional with more than 15 years of experience, Doug has a long track record of developing and overseeing training and processes designed to improve customer experiences. Prior to joining Nanotouch in 2020, he led customer service and inside sales efforts for a leading plastics manufacturer in the packaging industry. Doug earned his BS in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.
