Dorin Cinipa

Dorin Cinipa is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in Java and mobile application development. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at NAPA since April 2018, Dorin focuses on adding REST APIs to legacy Java servers and developing mobile applications using the Xamarin Framework. Prior experience includes roles at Wind River, where modifications to the Android OS and mobile application development in Java were key responsibilities; at Absolute Mobile Solutions, with a focus on Android development and interactive web applications; and at ALTFACTOR, where Dorin guided the development of learning objects and educational games using Flash and JavaScript.
