Ashley McGrane possesses extensive experience in healthcare administration and corporate development, serving in pivotal roles across various organizations. As Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Administration at NaphCare, Inc., from September 2024 to July 2025, Ashley provided strategic leadership. While at Encompass Health from January 2022 to January 2024, Ashley successfully originated and executed initiatives for de novo ventures and acquisitions, driving company growth.
