Andrew Clibborn has extensive experience in the building and plumbing industries, currently serving as Team Leader Building Asset Management and Project Manager at Napier City Council since January 2015. In this role, Andrew oversees infrastructure project management across civil and building sectors. Prior to this, Andrew was a Building Consents Officer, responsible for the administration of the Building Act and processing building consents. From 2011 to January 2015, Andrew was the Director of ARCO Plumbing Ltd, specializing in plumbing, drainlaying, and solar water heating services. Andrew began their career as a Plumber with McIntyre Plumbing from 2007 to October 2012. Educational qualifications include National Certificates in Plumbing, Drainlaying, and Gasfitting from Wellington Institute of Technology, and earlier education from Taradale High School.
