Ms. Rashmi Srivastava is the General Manager - Group Quality and New Initiatives at Narayana Health. She is responsible for establishing and managing the Quality & Patient Safety Program and Accreditation Management across the group.
Rashmi Srivastava has been associated with Narayana Health since the inception of the Group. She was initially involved with commissioning and operations of various units at Narayana, post which, in 2006, she took on the responsibility of establishing the Quality Management System for the group, starting with the successful implementation of quality standards for ISO, NABL, NABH, and JCI for the organization.
She has completed her Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Rashmi is a Certified Professional In Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from Healthcare Quality Certification Commission, USA, and has more than 15 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, and Quality with also being certified as QMS Auditor & Lead Auditor from the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA). She also has expertise in various quality tools like Six Sigma & Lean Management in Healthcare.
