Prior to joining Narayana Health, Sandhya has close to 20 years of experience in Unilever and Wipro groups performing a broad spectrum of roles such as Business Partnering, Audit and Risk, Ombuds (Ethics Program), Digital Transformation, Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Shared Services, Technology Design and Implementation, Supply Chain Finance and Project Management.

She was Placed in Asia’s 100 Power Leaders in Finance by Whitepage International and India’s Top 100 Women in Finance by AIWMI. She was recently placed in the FE Power List by Financial Express and Conferred the title of “Most Innovative CFO” in the Business Leadership Awards 2022. She was awarded thrice by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as a CA CFO of the year/ professional achiever of the year. She was Placed in the Top 50 Young Leaders in India by Economic Times. An Alumna of the ICAI, she had secured an All India Rank in Foundation, Inter and Final Examination. She is a regular speaker at National and International Conferences of the ICAI and CFO Forums on various topics.
