Jeff Silver

Jeff Silver is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Narrative since June 2023, Jeff previously held the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at Capchase from May 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Jeff worked as Senior Legal Counsel at PayPal from October 2017 to May 2021, and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from October 2018 to August 2019. Jeff Silver earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S.Ed. from Long Island University.
