Barbara is currently the President of Global Brands at Shiseido Americas, overseeing brands such as NARS, Drunk Elephant, and Tory Burch Beauty. Prior to this, they served as the President of NARS Cosmetics, where they played a key role in driving the company's success. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Brand Development and Merchandising at Victoria's Secret Beauty and Vice President of Global Marketing at Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company.
Barbara Calcagni attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
