Brian B. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR functions, currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Specialist at NASA since January 2013. In this role, Brian directs a team providing expertise in OPM and NASA classification policies. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Business Partner for the California Human Resources Office, facilitating HR services for multiple directorates at Ames Research Center and Armstrong Flight Research Center, and serving as a Human Resources Specialist with responsibilities in staffing, recruitment, and performance management. Prior to NASA, Brian worked as a Human Resources Specialist-Civilian for the US Army and gained foundational experience through roles with the US Congress, the State of Arizona, and as a Shift Supervisor at the University of Arizona. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management and Policy from the University of Arizona.
