With extensive experience in stakeholder relations and economic impact reporting, Gary managed various outreach initiatives at NASA and prior roles at the Department of Defense, overseeing compliance and intergovernmental relations. Gary's educational background includes a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's in Communications from Roosevelt University, complemented by leadership training at the Federal Executive Institute.
