James's work experience also includes roles at Charlotte Motor Speedway and Dunkin' Donuts as a Race Information Specialist and Marketing Consultant respectively.

Prior to their professional career, James was involved in various leadership roles at Wingate University, such as Vice President of Sport Sciences Majors Club.

James Hall Jr began their education at Jay M. Robinson High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they attended Lackawanna College for a year in 2006-2007, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences. James then transferred to Wingate University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from 2007 to 2009. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Wingate University, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus in Marketing from 2010 to 2012.
