Holly Ryan

Holly Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and people operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of People@Nasdaq and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer since January 2023, Holly is responsible for facilitating collaboration and coordination among leaders within the People Leadership Team. Previously, at Oscar Health from April 2020 to January 2023, Holly held the role of Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal Officer, providing support to senior leaders in Legal, Governance, and Risk, as well as managing the People Strategy. Holly's career includes significant positions at Kickstarter, Will Leather Goods, and AllSaints, where Holly focused on people operations, employee experience, and team development. Holly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business from Northeastern University and a HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University.
