Kathy Card Beckles

Kathy Card Beckles serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Verisk since April 2021. In addition, Kathy is a Board Member for the Nasdaq Exchange, contributing to its Board of Directors since May 2022. Previously, Kathy held significant roles at Chase from July 2015 to April 2021, serving as General Counsel for both Chase Consumer Bank and Card Services. Before that, Kathy worked at JPMorgan Chase as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of Intellectual Property and Technology, overseeing the patent and trademark law group. Kathy's early career includes positions as an Associate at Kenyon & Kenyon and a Legal Intern at the Chambers of Judge Edward Damich, along with a role in Process Engineering at Frito Lay. Kathy earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
