Luke Adams

Luke Adams is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in global payroll and compensation accounting across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of Finance and Head of Global Payroll and Compensation Accounting at Nasdaq since February 2020, Luke manages payroll operations for over 9,000 professionals across more than 39 countries. Prior roles include Co-Owner and Advisor at Skinsplendid, Head of Compensation Accounting at Conduent, and VP of Global Compensation Accounting and Workforce Management at Michael Kors, where significant payroll and workforce management strategies were implemented. Luke's background also includes leadership positions at Abercrombie & Fitch, The Wendy's Company, and consulting roles with Andersen Consulting and The Implementation Partners. Luke holds an MBA in Operations Management and Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.S. in Biology from John Carroll University.
