David Tolman

David Tolman is an experienced professional in financial aid and enrollment management within higher education. Currently serving as an Instructional Content Specialist at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) since April 2012, David specializes in preparing and delivering content for online courses, webinars, and written materials to enhance professional development for financial aid practitioners. Previously, David held the position of Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships at Boise State University, overseeing office management, staff, budgets, and programs from November 2000 to April 2012. Additionally, David contributed as SDBSI Faculty at WASFAA, training participants in financial aid fundamentals, and served as Associate Director of Financial Aid at the University of Utah. David holds a Master of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Finance from Brigham Young University.
