Margie Horwitz

Margie Horwitz is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Nashville Predators since February 2023. Prior to this role, Margie worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Amler Associates from February 2022 to February 2023. Margie has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Manhattanville College between September 2010 and May 2012. Earlier career highlights include a position as Director of Human Resources at Mastercard and various roles at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed compensation testing, training, generalist duties, program management, and recruitment. Margie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University.
