Thomas Buckingham is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Nassau Financial Group, responsible for product, marketing, and distribution for the insurance business. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Phoenix Life Insurance Company, including EVP of Product & Operations and COO. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Thomas has a strong background in product development, operations, and strategic transactions. Thomas is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, holding a B.S. and M.B.A in Math and Management.
