Will Shields

Will Shields has worked for a number of companies since 2011. Will began their career as an intern at Korduroy.tv in 2011. In 2013, they moved to X, the moonshot factory, where they worked as an Operations Specialist. In 2014, they worked as a Maritime Operations Specialist at Google. In 2015, they returned to X, the moonshot factory, this time as a Program Manager. In 2017, they took a Travel Sabbatical in South East Asia & Europe. Most recently, they have been working at Natel Energy since 2018, first as a Program Manager and then as a Senior Program Manager.

Will Shields obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego between 2008 and 2012. Will also has numerous certifications, including a PV 100: Photovoltaics from the Solar Living Institute obtained in May 2015, an Open Water Scuba Certification from PADI obtained in February 2015, a Highway Survival from Infineon Raceway obtained in September 2013, a California Boating License from BoaterExam.com obtained in July 2013, a Wilderness First Aid from Life Safety Associates obtained in April 2016, a Certified Crane Operator of Mobile Telescopic Boom Cranes: Swing & Fixed Cab from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators obtained in February 2015, a Merchant Mariner Credential from the U.S. Coast Guard obtained in July 2013, a Transportation Worker Identification Credential from the U.S. Coast Guard obtained in July 2013, an AED / CPR & Aid from Life Saftey Associates obtained in August 2013, a Medical Emergency Response Team from Life Safety Associates obtained in August 2013, and Classes IV, V, VII Forklift Operator from OVERTON Safety Training, Inc. obtained in December 2014.
