Elliot Aguilar, PhD, is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Natera since August 2021, Elliot also advises on scientific programming at The Africa Center since June 2019. Prior roles include Data Scientist at Vroom, Research Data Scientist at Alyvant, Inc., and Computational Statistician/Data Scientist at Roivant Sciences. Elliot has a solid academic background as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Mathematical Biology at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Research Programmer at NASA. Elliot earned a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a BA in Physics from Harvard University.
