Jeff Weston has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff began their career in the US Army as a Captain from 1987 to 1991. Afterward, they joined Merck, a global research-driven pharmaceutical company, where they held various roles, including Sales Manager and Specialty Sales Manager, from 1998 to 2004.
Following their time at Merck, Jeff worked at NPS Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for leading the creation and development of the initial sales force. Jeff then became Vice President of Action Coach Business Coaching, owning and operating a coaching/consulting business that helped small to medium-sized businesses grow.
Jeff's next role was as Director of Business Development for Azmark Aero Systems, where they drove the marketing and sales efforts of two merged electro-mechanical subsystem shops. Jeff then joined Vantage Mobility International as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, leading the transformation of the sales organization and providing vision for retail commercial and B2B dealer channels.
From 2019 to 2023, Jeff worked as Chief Revenue Officer at CNA National, leading a large team across all revenue-related functions and executing growth strategies. Currently, Jeff is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nation Safe Drivers, where they provide strategic leadership and collaborates with the executive team to develop growth strategies for the company's market segments.
Jeff Weston has a MBA degree in General Management from the Lehigh University College of Business, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they earned a BS degree in Applied Mathematics from 1983 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has also obtained various certifications, including Air Assault and Parachute Certifications from the U.S. Military, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Six Sigma, and several pilot licenses and certifications, such as Private Single and Commercial Multi-engine Airplane Pilot's Licenses, Multi-engine Airplane Instructor, and Hang Glider Pilot, also obtained from the U.S. Military.
