Nationaal Warmtefonds
Ernst-Jan Boers serves as the Chair of the Executive Board at Nationaal Warmtefonds since April 2014, where the organization focuses on financing sustainable housing improvements in the Netherlands. Nationaal Warmtefonds
Het Nationaal Warmtefonds biedt verantwoorde en betaalbare financiering voor de verduurzaming van huizen en gebouwen van eigenaar-bewoners, Verenigingen van Eigenaren en scholen. Polestar Bemiddeling is aangewezen als uitvoeringsorganisatie van het Nationaal Warmtefonds. Dat betekent dat u als particuliere huiseigenaar, als Vereniging van Eigenaars of als school rechtstreeks contact heeft met Polestar Bemiddeling. Het fonds is gevuld door de Rijksoverheid, de Rabobank, ING, de ASN Bank, de Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) en de Europese Investeringsbank (EIB). Totaal is er € 1,2 miljard beschikbaar. Rente en aflossing stromen terug in dit fonds, zodat opnieuw (VvE en Scholen) Energiebespaarleningen kunnen worden verstrekt.
