Kelly Oskvig

Kelly Oskvig is a seasoned professional in ocean studies and geosciences, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since January 2016, where previous roles included Program Officer and Associate Program Officer. Prior to this, Kelly held the position of President at Bibbidi HR from November 2013 to December 2015 and worked as an Operations Coordinator for the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program-MI from August 2006 to August 2010. Kelly’s career began as a Metocean Consultant at KER, Inc. from June 2003 to April 2005. In terms of education, Kelly earned a Master of Science in Geosciences/Oceanography from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
