Kimberly Parker Pinder

Kimberly Parker Pinder is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since 2001, Kimberly has previously held the position of Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at the same organization. Earlier experience includes serving as the Mid-Atlantic Region HR Generalist at Pitney Bowes Management Services from 1998 to 2001, and as a Managed Care Coordinator at Virginia Hospital Center from 1994 to 1998. Kimberly's career began at TJX Corporation as an Area Assistant Manager from 1992 to 1994. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Barber-Scotia College and has completed further education at AIU. Basic education was completed at Bayside High School.
