Pam Weber, CAE, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pam is currently the Vice President of the National Apartment Association (NAAEI), a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners® (IBLCE®) from 2017 to 2021. Before their COO role, they were the Global Director of Certification at IBLCE® from 2014 to 2017.
In 2012, Pam worked at Yoga Alliance as the Director of Standards. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Director of Certification at ASBO International. Before that, they held the position of Director of Professional Development at ASBO International from 2002 to 2009.
Prior to transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Pam gained experience in the corporate world as a Territory Aftermarket Manager at John Deere from 1999 to 2001. Pam also has a background in academia, having been a student at Purdue University from 1994 to 1998. Overall, Pam's work experience exhibits their versatility and expertise in various industries.
Pam Weber, CAE, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture Economics from Purdue University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Pam later pursued a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-profit Management at George Mason University. The specific dates of their attendance at George Mason University are not provided. In 2008, Pam Weber obtained the certification of Certified Association Executive (CAE) from ASAE.
