Allison Guzman

Allison Guzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising and institutional relations, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Giving at the National Audubon Society since March 2021. Previously, Guzman held roles at The Art Institute of Chicago, where contributions included establishing cultivation strategies for major gifts and managing corporate partnerships. Earlier experience includes managing a $150,000 annual giving program at The University of Chicago Urban Education Institute and various positions focused on alumni relations and development at The University of Chicago. Additional roles span marketing and event coordination for organizations such as Future Tenant and the Chicago Innovation Awards. Guzman holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Studio Art from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in Arts & Non-Profit Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
