Rob Schultz

Rob Schultz serves as the Vice President and Executive Director of the National Audubon Society since May 2019, overseeing Audubon operations across Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri and managing staff teams in various locations. Previously, Rob held several executive positions, including Executive Director at the International Wolf Center, where a new outreach strategy led to a 562% increase in annual school programs, and the Saint Paul Police Foundation, focusing on grant-making and community relations. Other notable roles include directing a successful $25 million capital campaign for the Northern Star Council and managing a humanities education center at the Minnesota Humanities Center. Rob's academic background includes an MA in Biology from Miami University, a BS in Recreation, Parks & Leisure Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Normandale Community College.
