Suzanne Bartlett

Suzanne Bartlett is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Leadership Giving at the National Audubon Society since May 2017, Suzanne engages major and principal gift donors to support conservation efforts. Previous positions include Senior Director of Major Giving and Campaigns, where over $12 million was raised, and Managing Director of Development, leading a successful $30 million comprehensive campaign in Florida. Prior to joining Audubon, Suzanne held key development roles at Food & Water Watch, Plan International, and the American Association of Endodontists, demonstrating a strong track record in managing major gifts and building donor relationships. Suzanne holds a Master’s degree in International Development from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from UMass Amherst.
