Michael Andrewes

Michael Andrewes is an experienced professional in solution design and engineering, having held roles such as Senior Solution Designer and Senior Consultant at NAB from August 2021 to June 2022, where expertise in originations and solution architecture was developed alongside 17 specialized skills. Following this, Michael served as Team Lead at Macquarie Group from June 2022 to May 2024, focusing on solution architecture and Spring Data, amassing an additional 19 skills. Michael transitioned to NCS Group as Principal Engineer for a brief period from June to August 2024, and subsequently took on the role of Head of Engineering - Platforms at Bell Financial Group from August 2024 to May 2025.
