Faisal ALSUGEIRI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and infrastructure advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Infrastructure Advisory at the National Center for Privatization & PPP since May 2022, Faisal previously held the position of Senior Vice President Investment at the Public Investment Fund from November 2019 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Investment at Dussur and Senior Manager in the automotive sector at Industrial Clusters. Faisal's career began at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, progressing from Analyst to Team Leader over nearly a decade. The National Center for Privatization & PPP was established through the Council of Ministers Resolution 355 on 6/7/1438H corresponding to 3/4/2017 and reports directly to the Council of Economic and Developmental Affairs (CEDA). The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is responsible for enabling the privatization of certain government assets and services: a priority identified as part of the Saudi Vision 2030. We are the official Saudi representative for the full spectrum of Public Private Partnerships, developed to realize Saudi Vision 2030.
