Currently serving as an Audit Committee Member and Board Member at the Centre for National Health Insurance and as CEO at the National Center for Privatization & PPP, Mohannad is also involved in multiple committees within other organizations, including Health Co., Saudi Water Partnership Company, and Saudi Power Procurement Company. Previous positions include Deputy Governor of Strategy & Transformation at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and Managing Director at Tokyo Rope Manufacturing (Saudi Arabia). Mohannad holds an MBA from Esade and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.

The National Center for Privatization & PPP was established through the Council of Ministers Resolution 355 on 6/7/1438H corresponding to 3/4/2017 and reports directly to the Council of Economic and Developmental Affairs (CEDA). The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is responsible for enabling the privatization of certain government assets and services: a priority identified as part of the Saudi Vision 2030. We are the official Saudi representative for the full spectrum of Public Private Partnerships, developed to realize Saudi Vision 2030. We provide world-class expertise in the areas of legal, financial, advisory, marketing, project management.
