The National Center for Privatization & PPP was established through the Council of Ministers Resolution 355 on 6/7/1438H corresponding to 3/4/2017 and reports directly to the Council of Economic and Developmental Affairs (CEDA). The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) is responsible for enabling the privatization of certain government assets and services: a priority identified as part of the Saudi Vision 2030. We are the official Saudi representative for the full spectrum of Public Private Partnerships, developed to realize Saudi Vision 2030.
