Deborah Mason is vice president and chief administrative officer at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC). She has been with NCSC since 1998 providing leadership for the human resources office and serving as faculty for the Institute for Court Management. Deborah has also been an instructor at the University of Richmond’s School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Prior to joining NCSC, Deborah worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia for 22 years in both the executive and judicial branches. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Deborah holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education.
