Shay Cleary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and project oversight within the judicial sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at the National Center for State Courts since March 2023, Shay previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Mission Critical Partners, focusing on technology and advisory services for court clients. Shay's career includes significant roles at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, extending from Project Manager to IT Deputy Director, managing various software implementation projects and improving business practices. Earlier experience includes technical writing at the Minnesota State Court Administrator's Office and Interlogix, where Shay developed user documentation and training materials.
